I need to give a huge shoutout to Kelli. Not only did she help me find some good reasonable clarinet mouthpieces + a ligature, but we were able to chat it up about band instrument repair, the craft, and the icons (like Craig Anderson and John Huth).
This shop is way awesome! Prices are a little high on some things, but their spectacular customer service makes up for it. They also do great repair work as well
This place is awesome! I ordered a guitar through an online retailer and received it broken. I called into this store to see if they would be able to look at the instrument for me. Not only was I able to drop it off that day, but the guitar was fixed by the next day!
My daughter just started playing flute, and was having some issues. We brought it in and they were able to make some adjustments and fixed the problem. My daughter was so happy/exited because she was so frustrated with trying to hit the right notes, and after this visit, all is good!
