Just moved to the area from Eastern Iowa. My guitar needed a little attention and I came across Riemnn Music-Urbsndale. I was immediately welcomed, and introduced to Zach. Zach is not only one of the kindest Dudes I've ever met, he is also an amazing guitar tech.
Wonderful staff, they were helpful (without being pushy or hovering) as we looked at both music and instruments. Nice open space, nothing feels overly crowded, yet there is still a wide range and variety of instruments and at different levels, too. Love the variety of music available too!!
I'm taking saxophone lessons, and I've found that they're very happy to make a novice very comfortable with a person's insecurities. I would highly recommend Rieman Music because they seem to care for their students.
