Just got my sons first guitar from here. They were very helpful and some of the friendliest people I've ever met! Me playing guitar my whole life and them not knowing that and not trying to up sale or under sale me was felt amazing! Will definitely be my go to for anything musical in the future.
Good selection, reasonably priced. Both new and used stuff. Staff was friendly and helpful. Practice rooms in the back, and a full basement full of cheaper equipment. Great local music shop.
The employees were ready to help me with any questions I had, but not pushy at all about selling expensive things to me. I really appreciate how they were able to help me find the right guitar for my sister. They were unbelievably kind; I'm extremely appreciative of Uptempo for their help.
