Helpful place with a broad selection of string instruments. I was looking for a Baby Taylor for my 9yo daughter, so we stopped in for a look. They didn't have the BT, but they did have a few GS-mini guitars in stock.
I have the best experiences at RIT. They simply treat you as family. I drive from the north side of Muskegon for the service and respect you rarely find these days.I have bought multiple guitars from them two Marshall amps. And many other things. Scott, Gino and Steve are simply the best.
We showed up just a few mins after closing and Scott was kind enough to open the door and let us in to try a specific guitar we had been looking for. Super nice and really helpful and we really appreciate him going out of his way and sticking around late on a Friday!
Everyone at RIT in Grand Rapids is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about everything in that store. I’ve had 3 different guitars worked on here and bring them back for a setup every year and they always do a fantastic job at a very reasonable price.
