River City Pawn & Jewelry

I made a purchase that had to be shipped to a FFL location. When ordering, I wanted to find a location that keeps my money in the Schertz community. I try and support local business as much as possible. After ordering, my item arrived in two days.

The staff is kind and patient they have good items but they are a little unorganized. We asked to put a macbook on layaway and they said $80 and we could walk out with it and pay on it every month, but when we paid they said we pay it off then we come back to get it and we requested a payment for 60 but they put 50 on…

This is by far one of the better pawnshops I have dealt with. All the staff was courteous and friendly. Got everything done as fast as they could! Exceptional customer service!
