I went and bought my first Martin the other day from this place. It was an absolute joy! There were so helpful. They gave me two different HD 28 to look at and put them in display boxes for me to play back to back. Sales team was very patient with me while I mulled it over.
My Blueridge acoustic guitar was damaged after a flight. Jeremy, who is a master professional and gracious person, repaired it and provided all details to enable a further restoration. He was patient and kind. All employees of the store were cordial and helpful.
Love them ever since their store was in midtown. Been going there for years. I have purchased both guitars and amplifiers from Rudy's and have been quite satisfied. The repair shop is non pariel and Gordy is worth coming in to talk about guitars. Indeed, it is a guitarist paradise!
