EDIT: I got these guitars back a few weeks ago and have been playing them since. The work was done very well, I’m really happy with how they feel and sound, so I’ve bumped up my review.
I took my guitar (Taylor 114ce) in for its first setup. They quoted two weeks for the job, but I got it back in only 9 days. It's AMAZING. Huge difference in sound. Plays better. Holds tune better. I was expecting good results, but had no idea of how much difference a setup could make.
Best guitar shop ever. They have done amazing work on both setup and electronics on my guitar. Customer service is the best. Shoutout to the team and for years of being awesome.
SF Guitarworks did an amazing job on the three guitars I took to them. They were very informative about everything they recommended and did not try to sell me on services I didn't need. When I had questions they were able to answer in terms I could understand.
