I was a little apprehensive when I brought my son into the store to find a cello to use for music lessons at his school. I have minimal knowledge about musical instruments. The staff member that helped us knew exactly what he would need and the payment plan was easy to understand.
We worked with them for the first time this year when our son needed to get a violin, for orchestra. The staff was very helpful, and knowledgeable about what we needed. The staff helped us through the process very efficiently without rushing us.
I just wanted to praise the lady who answered the phone at Schmitt Music for me this morning. It was about 10 minutes before they opened, and she answered brightly anyway. She was super polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and reassuring. (I'm last minute figuring out my kiddo's instrument for this year.
