What a great new addition to Skippack. I went in for some strings for my bass and a few hours later was handed back a bass that sounded and played better than the day I bought it. Rob, the owner & technician, clearly knows his craft, but also takes the time to educate his customers.
me and my buddy were tryna tune his dads guitar that hasn’t been played in years then boom two strings broke hid it from him till the next day called another local shop who gave us an insane wait time then we found seen and heard and the owner told us to come right by the moment we stepped in the shop we felt welcomed…
When my session was cut short due to a broken input jack I thought for sure it’d be days before I could play again…boy was I wrong! Rob at seen and heard diagnosed the issue right there all while telling stories, cracking jokes, and teaching me (a new guitarist) how these instruments work and how amazing they can be.
