We needed equipment for an outdoor wedding ceremony that was outdoors with no access to electricity, as well as an indoor speaker/turntables/mixer etc. for DJ Chicken George who was coming in from Austin TX to play for our reception. We booked 10-days before, booked for delivery and pickup and everything went great.

I brought in a pair of Mackie HR824s MK1 studio monitors. My goal was to get a basic inspection, functionality testing, calibration, and cleaning done after buying from a local seller. Both monitors worked decently but ensuring all was well before setting them up and really thumping them was important to me.
I have to say, I have had nothing but great service from Mark and his associates over the years close to 30 years if I had to guess? 3 different locations whether I needed a quick repair, rental, trades, or many items I've purchased over the years.
