This is the first time I stepped foot to Summerhays, great location, the presence of store front is inviting; the facility is clean throughout and organize with displays of bass, cello, violin, viola, ukulele, guitar, clarinet, trumpet, etc on the sales floor.
Christian "the happy German"(that's what he calls himself) is amazing at fixing instruments! We love our experiences with him. He's always so friendly and knowledgeable. The store itself is such a wonderful place to walk into: instruments all around and very knowledgeable and kind staff.
Staff is incredibly nice! Very helpful, not pushy, extremely knowledgeable. We went in to get an estimate on a flute cleaning and repair then they mentioned it might be more worth putting the repair money into a better flute (it's an old student flute we're borrowing).
Outstanding Service & Great Value! I brought my daughter's French horn in for a missing screw repair, a common and frustrating issue. They quickly and expertly assessed the instrument and were able to find the exact replacement part needed right away. The fix was fast, and the total cost was only $4.00.
