In Midvale, Utah we have a gem of an instrument rental company. Shipped my first instrument same day. The instrument was new and had a great rich sound. Great, responsive staff who check up on you periodically. At one point I needed to exchange my trumpet and Bertrands exchanged it for me seamlessly.
The staff at Bertrands made it so easy for my son to start with the clarinet and switch to the alto sax. He has really enjoyed it and I was surprised that their maintenance plan covers all the cost involved when taking the instrument in for repair.
Bertrand's Music is awesome. They are fast, efficient, and communicate well. I'm a music teacher in the valley- and I know that I can count on these guys to give me great information, treat me fairly, and respect my time.
Excellent service and communication. We needed two instruments on rather short notice, and they were delivered to us promptly. They are brand new, excellent Yamaha instruments (flute and clarinet). Couldn't ask for more froma. company. Highly recommend Bertrand's for your musical instrument needs!
