I needed to have my Jazz V Elite setup and the strings changed. I was also under a tight timeline due to my practice schedule. Mike did an excellent job setting up the bass, changing the strings, and he went out of his way to accelerate his work quickly enough for me to take it to practice the same night.

Took my Hofner in for a new bridge and proper setup. Swanny was super knowledgeable and helpful with getting my gear where it needed to be.

I took my epiphone acoustic to get the action lowered from 1 to 12 fret, new tuners, strings & bridge. Came back sounding and feeling so great! Plays like butter, sounds so crisp & warm! I love it and the work was done so fast! I couldn’t believe when he called me back he was done already. Top notch service and work!!

I recently got a setup on my Strat and Mike knocked it out of the park. I will only be taking my current and future guitars here for any work needed to be done on them. Prices are great and turnaround times are faster than a lot of the other options in the area (at the time of my review)
