Staff member was very friendly and I felt he was very knowledgeable. I went to rent my son an instrument for school after already being turned away from another music/ instrument location. I was dissapointed that I would have to inform my son I couldnt rent him an instrument.
Went during the day to have a saxaphone repaired, fully expecting to have to leave it and they said they could repair it right away if we could wait for 15 minutes. We took them up on their offer. Cost was very reasonable. They also gave us a couple of tips on proper care.
