Went there because I was in a pinch and needed a rectifier tube and none of the local music stores had one in stock(!?). Weber had one in (Chinese, unfortunately, but its been working fine) and sold it to me for a pittance.
I bought a shipping damaged Mass 200 unit from a third party seller on Reverb which worked well for... a while. When it didn't, I contacted Weber who told me to send it in. I paid a very reasonable bench/repair fee for a damaged item i did not purchase from Weber.
Webers customer service went out of their way to see that I received the cabinet badging that is normally included in the purchase of a tone cvlt series speaker... Mine was made during the lockdown, and devoid of the badging...due to shipping delays, Weber were unable to include the badges until they received them...
