This place has been very helpful when I've needed anything for my son's clarinets. They have been a life saver doing repairs before a marching contest or addressing any concerns I have had (on both the student rental and the R-13 we later purchased).
The pickup process was quick, easy and simple. It took no more than 10 minutes to pick up. I am very satisfied with the entire rental process.
The owner of seems to really care about making sure the kids get a good instrument at an affordable rate. Our daughter's school provided fliers from The Band Connection, Music & Arts and Williamson Music, all of which were companies who would provide instrument rentals for her band class.
Not only did they have everything we needed as a first time Band family, I watched them respond with compassion for a family struggling to afford a rental, and help someone who had not filed the order ahead. All less than 48 hours from the first day of beginning band camp.
