These guys are GREAT. Frank did an absolute number on my tenor, was super friendly, and accommodated my drop-off/pickup schedule. Horn came back clean as a whistle, and notes that I thought would be always hard to play absolutely SING. It ain’t cheap, but really worth every penny! You won’t regret going.
The folks over at the BSS are amazing! I purchased some accessories from their shop online and it was shipped to me across the country in a few business days! The Cloud strap is more comfortable than a neck strap, and their Sax multi-tool is a great piece of mind to have in my case on those long weekend gigs!
When I tripped and face-planted myself and my '69 MkVI tenor onto the floor, I thought my prize posession was a gonner. I took it to the repair guy in Connecticut where I live and a was told he might be able to get it to play, but it would never be the same.
