Truly a great guitar shop! I recently purchased a Boucher 6 string from these folks - truly superb customer service from both Matt and Bill (the owner). They were very generous with their return policy (which was not needed) but they wanted to make certain I loved the guitar.
I met Bill and Doug from The Fretted Buffalo at the 2024 Fretboard Summit, where they brought several incredible-sounding Boucher guitars. I ended up taking one home. Bill gave me a very reasonable price and even offered to ship the guitar I had flown in with back home at no extra cost.
I recently purchased a Boucher from The Fretted Buffalo, and I live out of state from the brick-and-mortar storefront. I received it in the mail this week. For context, I am not one to make quick decisions on purchases like this.
These guys sent me one of their Hozen Guitars. Im a pro player been at it 40+ years. Been looking for the "ultimate" guitar tone. I visited them last summer while in Buffalo and called last week to see what they had in inventory and they told me about the Hozen built guitar I just received from UPS.
