The Midium is, and should be, the perfect example of how a business should be run. If only a small fraction of new business’ in this country followed their model, consumers would have so much more confidence in the products they purchase. Frankly, business schools should be teaching this approach.
Absolutely wonderful experience buying from The Midium! Cam went way beyond what is expected to provide excellent customer service and substantial information about the product I was interested in.
Where do I begin? I guess here. I am a sales manager for a large music store chain (I won’t say which one). That being said, I truly pride myself on giving every single customer who walks through those doors, makes a phone call, or places and online order with us, the same courtesy, respect and attention to detail…
The world would be a better place if all companies treated their customers as well as The Midium does. :D I live in a rural area, so when I want a shiny new synthesizer, I generally have to buy it online... which can be a bit tricky, especially for large or high-end items.
