From the reviews
Considering this is the absolute only music store in Altoona, PA I couldn't give it less of a rating because they do try. I do like the fact that they offer a variety of Orange and BOSS as far as amps and effects are concerned and I am not a huge fan of the line of Schecters sold there.
Nice and friendly atmosphere when i've gone in there and have spent an enormous amount of money in there over time. Never have had an issue when i've gone in there looking for things i've needed and wanted. And if it was not currently on the shelf it was made aware that it could be ordered within reasonable time.
A little bit of everything in a smallish space. I went into the store for a shoulder rest for my violin 🎻. I found it plus an assortment of strings for violin, viola, guitar, mandolin, banjo, ukulele, bass - both upright and guitar. They even had mountain dulcimer strings!
Good little hometown vibe music store. Staff is kind and very helpful. Some items seem a little over priced, compared to reverb and such, but other than that, its a great. Independently owned music store, definitely not run of the mill, also...
