I live in NYC and amidst Covid had been unable to take my horn to my usual repair place when one of my valves completely froze. Came to the Music Lab for the first time while visiting my folks in CT, and I could not be happier or more impressed. David (the brass guy!
Big shout out to the Music Lab! I'm a grad student at the Hartt School and they were able to fix my new tuba, Judith, and get her working on the same day for a really good price! I can't thank David enough for his and the other employees help with this.
I cannot recommend this place enough. If you have any musical instrument needs this is the place to go... Fixed my daughter's flute in 2 seconds right at the counter. Talked to my daughter about her instrument and the issues she's having. Which made her feel like she was his customer and main concern..
Just got acquainted with The Music Lab, and I will definitely be going back whenever I need service on my French Horn. Dave Zoni did an awesome job of fixing the threads and dents on my bell. I had dropped the bell by accident, and he absolutely repaired it!
