I have been a customer of The Music Mart for approximately 25 years. Joe Meidl was the road rep when I was a student at New Prague High School. They have always been my go to for equipment. I got my drum kit from them circa 1996, and most of the hardware and cymbals over the years as well.
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Rent or buy instruments at a very reasonable rate. Perfect for the student who wants to try out an instrument. They give you 6 months of very inexpensive rent to decide if the instrument is the right fit.
This place is phenomenal! We came in to quote a song "like a wrecking ball" 10 minutes before closing time with several needs, which needless to say, took well over 10 minutes to complete. The staff were calming, reassuring, and willing to help any way they could.
