Customer service was incredible. I was interested in a used guitar that was on consignment. chris sent detailed photos and negotiated with the consigner to make the deal happen. Jessica handled payment and shipping and went above and beyond. Can’t speak highly enough of this team.
Awesome music store in Rochester! Purchased a starter guitar bundle, realized there was a small chip on the guitar from shipping damage on the box, and they were happy to exchange for a fresh guitar bundle with no damage. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.
