Went in for a guitar that was actually at a different location. They shipped the guitar to the one near me, removed the listing, and sat it aside for me to come in and look at. The guitar came already nicely setup with perfect intonation and low action. Staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable.
Great service. Had to order the stand for our piano, and they got it in quickly, and helped load it in our car. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Doug and his staff at the music shoppe in Springfield make it so nice to come in and shop. Mallory can talk drums with the best of them. Doug has been a long time friend and have made many sales in his shop for years. The new store is so nice and very well laid out.
