There isn’t enough positive to say about this shop. From Andy’s great communication and Doug’s absolute mastery in guitar repair ,they are second to none. I shipped my Les Paul Classic with a broken headstock to them from NC instead of sending it back to Gibson under advisory of a friend and I’m sure glad I did.
Incredible work as always. Brought my Taylor 214ce into the shop to get brought back to life. It needed a neck reset, a full set up, cleaning... The works! This guitar means everything to me; it's been with me throughout many musical memories in my life.
Had a great experience with The Music Techs in Manchester, NH. They did an awesome job repairing my guitar and the setup is spot on—it plays perfectly now. The team really went above and beyond and made sure everything was dialed in just right. Super friendly, clearly know their stuff, and easy to work with.
My husband bought me a used guitar online from GC and I'm pretty sure it was "dropped" either before putting in the box for shipping to store or something else. (Did NOT look damaged at ALL in listing photos!) They basically shrugged their shoulders and was like "it's used"...but I really wanted this guitar.
