Ive been meaning to write this review for a while, but I just wanted to share my experience with third coast. I sent in my elitist Sheraton for a complete top refinish in august of last year (I am out of state, but had heard good things about third coast).
Chris and his team have fine tuned over 25 of my guitars and a few amps also. Quality repair work and done in a reasonable completion time. I have NEVER had to return an instrument for any type of follow up. The techs assess the guitar and answer any questions you might have about the job.
Last year after his passing, I inherited my brother in law's 1974 Guild F50 which was unfortunately in very poor condition. I contacted the current Guild Guitars company in California to inquire as to whether or not they offered restoration work on Guild instruments.
I came in for a setup and a nut issue about a week and a half ago. I was VERY impressed by the attention to detail that Corey gave my guitar along with his attention to customer service.
