The action on my Seagull Artist Rosewood Spruce acoustic guitar was bad. I adjusted the truss rod but the action was still too high. I took it to John. After a brief consultation, he determined he needed to sand the saddle and set up the guitar. The action is nice and low, and it plays like a dream!! Sounds great, too!
John’s attention to detail is exceptional! I brought in three guitars that desperately needed setup work, and he did an outstanding job on each one at a very fair price. What really impressed me was that he had me play each guitar afterward to ensure it felt just right.
