My husband was looking to upgrade his guitar and since we are fairly new to the area, he searched the internet and found Tom on Google and sent him a message requesting a quote. My husband set up an appointment later that week.
Tom V is a master of his craft. I brought 2 guitars in, one needed a fret replaced and a new nut, the other was a neck swap. Both also got setup by tom.
