My experience with Top Hat Music was a pleasant surprise. Daughter's clarinet key broke week before important auditions/concerts. Thought she was going to have to borrow a friend's clarinet until i contacted Top Hat. Dave was able to repair the Clarinet very quickly. Got it back the next day.
Excellent customer service. They called me back shortly after I left a message and repaired our violin, tuned it, and sent us home with the ability to tune it ourselves in just a few minutes. Pricing was very affordable and both of the guys there were very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.
