The biggest ukulele shop is Waikiki, with the greatest range of choices (although some other shops did have different brands). After visiting the 3 other options in the area, I ended up buying one here.
As a ukulele enthusiast visiting Hawaii I was thrilled to discover The Ukulele Store and its owner Tyler. I visited on my first day just to see if it was worth coming back to. Tyler explained about the variety of Uke’s he sold and what he recommended for me.
A hidden gem of Waikīki. Lovely staff that helped me peruse their extensive ukulele collection to find the right instrument. The store also has a lot of vinyl records of different genres and some cool merch like stickers
This is the only place that sells records/vinyl in Waikīkī as far as I know. Their Hawaiian LPs are insane and they have the high end vinyl tucked away ($200+ or so). Great staff and selection!
