I have never written a review for a business before, but this time, I needed to write this review. Wildcat Guitars is unlike any other guitar shop I’ve been to. I talked with Doug over the phone and I knew I had to check out this shop. He puts customer satisfaction before anything else and is so kindhearted and chill.
I just made my 1st guitar purchase from WildCat, and it was excellent! I had the pleasure of working with Bo & Doug. Both were incredibly responsive and offered a pro setup free of charge. The guitar arrived safe and sound and came set up perfectly. I would never hesitate to buy a guitar sight unseen from WildCat!
I had heard of Wildcat Guitars from stumbling across their awesome videos that feature guitars YouTube. My family & I were on vacation to California a few weeks ago from New York & I suggested we visit Wildcat.
I wanted to write this a year after inquiring my Fender Customshop 52’ Nocaster Heavy Relic. Janice and her son are wonderful people. I used to work for Fender Customshop in Corona. My favorite relic I did during my tenure in customshop made its way to her store.
