Willis does good work. I brought him my violin to have some bridge work done. He set it up the way professionals do and unfortunately I am not a professional so I took it back to him and he created a custom bridge set up that works for me and now the violin plays beautifully and I have no problem playing it at all.
I just bought a a Willis dreadnought about a month ago. It sounds great and plays circles around the 000-18 i tried out at the big store. Willis was quick to answer my questions and not pushy at all. Even helped me get set up for the mic i wanted to install.
