I had a very positive experience at Willow River! Lisa was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. I came in with my son to pick out his birthday present. We went back and forth on banjos and guitars—and Lisa was very patient and engaged with us, talking through the pros and cons of each.
I love Jensen guitars. I always get great service and all my questions answered and believe me when I tell you that I'm a very inquisitive guy lol. The repairs and setups are unmatched.
A great music store! Don helped me adjust a guitar right in the store because they were blasted with too much luthier work at the time. The also set up my seven string that is set up *perfectly*. The intonation is perfect, it stays in tune, and the action is just the way I requested.
I’m so impressed with this shop. I brought in my electric violin today, which needed a repair. I’ve brought to a couple other places to try and get it fixed with no luck. They figured out the jack just needed to be replaced and not repaired.
