Today was the first time I've been here but they gave me a warm welcome. I had a receiver that wouldn't turn on anymore. They have a $65 bench fee to find out what's wrong with it. They will call once they have figured out what is wrong.
I needed to have my QSC KS118 sub repaired under warranty and Wizard Electronics was one of three local QSC authorized repair options. I called all three, with the other two telling me honestly that it would be 7-10 days before a diagnosis could be made. Wizard told me they could do it that day.
Came highly recommended! I took my Warwick Hellborg amp in for repairs. When I brought it home it still wasn’t working right. I took it back and they moved it to first priority and only charged me for the cost of parts. They also gave me 15% off my next repair for the oversight. Everyone I met there was really kind.
I brought these guys my Ampeg SVT CL for repairs and I'm so glad I did. The thing sounds incredible. They kept an awesome paper trail throughout the process via email and kept me informed about parts needed and turn around time. I will absolutely be returning for future repairs if they arise. Worth every penny.
