Super helpful staff -- both when I was buying a ukelele for one child, and when I needed an emergency violin repair for another. Highly recommend!
They're preserving and restoring perfectly good vintage instruments that would otherwise end up in the trash. They took a lot of time with me, helping me pick the right guitar I wanted to restore myself.

Deb and her team are wonderful to work with! You can tell that they take nuanced approaches to every part of this business. Take banjos for example: not all banjos are designed for to take steel strings.
