I highly recommend Zimm's Guitars for their exceptional guitar tuning services. After bringing my guitar in for a tune-up, I was able to play it for the first time in over 20 years. The attention to detail and expertise that the staff at Zimm's demonstrated was truly impressive.
Bought an used guitar for my son, wanted a reasonably priced but good one for beginners. Spent some time in the store talking with the owner. Very nice experience, awesome guy, has so much knowledge about instruments.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Incredible experience at Zimms Guitars! I finally made it over to Zimms today while I was in Phoenix, and it was everything I hoped for and more. From the moment I walked in, I was treated like an old friend. The vibe in the store was awesome—super welcoming and full of great energy.
My son and I stopped in today for the first time ever. Brighton was a great help to us, and great to talk to. The shop has a LOT of guitars to choose from, a good variety of amps, and tons of effects pedals and accessories. The real gem was just the wall to wall floor to ceiling guitar selection.
