I recently took a cello in to be repaired and was incredibly happy with the experience. After having quotes from other luthiers, Terry not only repaired the cello months earlier than others could but his pricing was incredibly reasonable.
The staff and owner are really kind and caring people. They truly care about their customers and it shows in the high quality instruments they provide along with excellent customer service. They encouraged my son and helped him where he was struggling on some notes he was trying to master on his violin.
This place is great staff is super helpful and friendly we been renting a violin for the last couple years now I definitely would recommend you visit this store!
Amazing repair shop! Took my violin in to replace my bridge and strings. They were so honest with the repair! Asked for a full set of strings and they advised I only needed one, which saved me money. They were also able to use my current bridge for the repair instead of charging me for a new one.
