Mike was very informative, honest, and was all about taking care of the kid. He was patient with our questions and continues to be a heck of a guy. He gave our boy some discounted stuff and even fixed his guitar string when he broke it.
Holy cow this was an amazing ship!! Mike was quick to greet us with a handshake and a smile, made us feel at home and gave us a quick history lesson on Phenix City. They have a beautiful selection of guitars, amps, acoustics but most importantly, the customer service is unmatched!
If you're in need of a G string or another AGB is the place! Amazingly vast selection to choose from. Expectations higher than imagined, garditude even more. Tim's knowledge, many years of experience and vast all around craft with the ability to read a customers needs is comforting(especially to a novice such as I).
The guitar was better than described, best packing I’ve ever seen on reverb. Had a problem with the bridge pickup and they handled it like pros and checked on it multiple times until it was resolved and couldn’t have done more to make sure i was completely satisfied. Excellent communication.
