My acoustic guitar was in need of an adjustment. I found Badlands through a basic search. Sent and email and received a response from Art very soon after. That communication stayed constant. He was very responsive and helpful with questions, information and coordinating schedules.
I was in need to get my bass set up for an upcoming event and I got recommended Badlands Backline & Repair for their quality work. We met up, showed him my bass and you could tell he was very passionate about anything involving with instruments, very nice guy.
I had an acoustic/electric guitar that was not putting out any signal when plugged in to an amp or sound system. I wasn't exactly sure what the issue is, Art with Badlands Backline & Repair really helped me out! He took the time to figure out the cause, and was able to replace a few parts and get it in working order.
Ordered a bass VI online that showed up with a bridge that was giving me problems. Art quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me options/advice. I was able to get a different bridge shipped in, he quickly installed it and gave the bass a pro setup and the thing plays like a dream now!
