I want to thank Andy for treating my cheap guitar as if it was a priceless Martin/Taylor guitar. I was told by a service technician at my local Guitar Center that I needed a neck reset. But with Andy’s expertise, dedication, and commitment to excellence, my guitar was repaired at an affordable price.
Was having some intonation issues and overall my bass guitar just needed some love, but the last luthier I visited shut down there shop and I needed somebody I could trust quick! Fortunately, I was given the information to Braxton Guitars and I will never go anywhere else.
I 100% agree with the other “Andy is awesome” sentiments in the reviews. Andy expertly resuscitated my guitar, a 1995 Epiphone Joe Pass Emperor. I handed Andy a deconstructed mess and he returned a beautifully intact guitar.
Andy is absolutely terrific. He helped me out on short notice and got my LP set up and playing and feeling amazing. His professionalism and courtesy is second to none. I won’t bring my guitars to anyone else.
