Charlie and Burk, are the best. That's it. If you REALLY need more though.....I've taken my guitar there a few times now. They're simply the best guitar guys west of the East coast. Guys there are just plain guitar rambos. UPDATE: I took in my electric too.
I brought in my 21 year old Epiphone Les Paul to Charley's Guitar Repair for a complete inspection and repair (truss rod, electronics, neck adjustment, intonation and fingerboard action). The result was awesome and my guitar plays better than new.
Charley knows his stuff. He handled an alternate tuning setup on my 5-string bass with precision and taught me a few things while he was doing it! Made it feel fresh and clean. No wobbly knobs, intonation was just right, and no buzz. He’s the real deal!
I would highly recommend Charleys Guitar Repair. Charley is a stand up guy and tried his best on my old, warped guitar. I appreciate him taking on this project and at least making it better than it was. He has years of experience and is truly a class act.
