It’s hard to find good customer service nowadays. You won’t have that problem here. I first met Luke around a year or so ago. I had a toggle switch on my les Paul go bad, and the normal place I used to go to said they were too busy. I messaged him on a Sunday, and he got me in two days later...
5 Stars are not enough. Luke worked on two of my guitars in the past year. He did a great job replacing a pickup on an Epiphone. When I picked up the Epiphone, I dropped off a Gibson I bought used in the late '60s. Luke immediately recognized the guitar as a Vintage and he was visibly excited about working on it.
