We came to Music & Arts in September 2019 to rent a trombone for my son for school band. From the very beginning the staff was super helpful and continued to be so. No matter what I come in needed help for. They are there to help.
So, this has to be the best music store in bel air in my opinion. They are very welcoming they know a lot about the instruments as well as offer music lessons. I needed a violin tuned for my daughter’s concert for school( William S. James elementary) and they did it for me as well as explained how to do it.
Came in on Feb 28th Saturday around noon. The three girls working accommodated me and let me buy and change my guitar strings there. They were super nice and helpful with all of my questions I highly recommend stopping in if you’re looking for a pleasant stop for your musical needs!
Been going here for a while. My daughter plays the the violin. She loves it. The staff are really nice and knowledgeable. Never had any issues with anything from here. A bit cluttered, because of how much stuff, they have in such a tiny store. But clean. Plenty of parking.
