My son damaged his saxophone 2 days before his Allstate Audition. How that happened is another story but I called Jackson music to see when it could be repaired. They told me it could take 2 to 3 days.
We went to get my 10 year old son a guitar. He is starting lessons and really excited. The guy that helped us was great. He was very knowledgeable and let my son try out a few to see which he was comfortable with.
First time customer and will definitely be going back for all my future purchases and needs! I Went in for trumpet repair for my daughters trumpet and they were able to help me right away and fix it for me. I normally went to a closer music store for all my needs but not anymore. Glad I found this store !
Great little store with lots of different instruments that are very organized and easy to shop. I came in to find a small part for my guitar and the gentleman up front referred to to a shop around the corner. My kids and i looked around anyway and the staff was very helpful but not at all pushy.
