From the reviews
I normally don't leave reviews, but I had such a great experience with Town Center Music that I had to leave one. I went in to get a restring for my Taylor, but the technician recommended that I have a fret dress instead.
Top-Notch Setup and Service I’m new to the area and needed a reliable shop to set up my guitar, which had started sounding more like an electric sitar. As a working musician, I need my gear in solid shape. Based on reviews, I tried Town Center Music, and I’m glad I did.
Town Center Music is the poster child for the superior experience only a local business can provide. My sons are musicians and we frequently visit TCM for gear, supplies, repairs, and intel.
Michael Did an amazing job at making my custom Les Paul lite a true 59 Les Paul he swapped out the pick ups to true Gibson custom P.A.F and he swap out the wiring to Lollars paper in oil long .22s since the guitar was originally designed with spilt coils.
Lessons at Town Center Music
Reviews and the store's own info mention lessons at Town Center Music. If you're signing up a beginner (or restarting yourself), a quick call ahead answers the three things that matter: which instruments they teach, whether the schedule has openings at the time you actually need, and what a first lesson costs. There's no wrong first guitar — a good teacher will happily work with whatever you walk in with, and a shop that teaches usually keeps affordable starter instruments and rentals on hand for exactly this reason.
