Clear, efficient and informative service to our clarinet. Free estimate of work was straight forward and detailed. No pressure to have more done that we intended. Each time we called, our completion time schedule was updated for us. Calls were returned very quickly.
Best instrument service in the east coast. They really go beyond the call of duty and make you feel important as a customer and a friend. I will never use a large chain again for my wind instrument repairs or purchases.
Had a complete overhaul done to my horn and it has never played better! I recommend Consistent-C over any other shops or repairmen. You won’t be disappointed!
I'd really want to rate it 4.5, but Google doesn't give me that option. I took in my wife's flute to be repaired and all I can say is these guys are awesome. I was more than pleased with what they did to the instrument. They did the repair but not at a gouging price.
