Had an amazing experience with Parker and Diablo Guitars building out a one-of-a-kind Custom Shop ESP. Parker was extremely patient and professional through the process, walking me through spec sheet after spec sheet before we put in an order.
Finally had a chance to swing by friend Ronnie's work, only after almost a year of gentle nudging 😉😅). By appointment only, it was literally like stopping by a guitar Rock Candy Shop and I really enjoyed being able to just strum and play the guitars without much interruption 💯🔥🎸🍬 Ronnie, is the PNW's Best Kept Secret.
I don't leave many reviews but we love this shop. Diablo has such great inventory and a very friendly, knowledgable staff. I also appreciate their appointment based showroom. It is simply a better experience to be able to work one on one with the staff in a private sound space when when evaluating new gear.
I recently purchased a very special (and rare) guitar from Diablo (ESP M-II Liquid Metal Lava!), and I could not have asked for a better experience. Tommy and Parker are amazing and kind, my questions were answered immediately, and the guitar arrived absolutely flawless. Rock solid 10/10 experience! Check em out!!!

Second, know that trade credit almost always beats the cash offer, usually by a healthy margin — if you're upgrading anyway, price your old gear as a trade against the new one before you take cash. Either way, expect the offer to be below what the gear sells for on the wall; the gap is the store's margin for setup, warranty, and sitting on it until the right buyer walks in.
