Never done a review for a store before...but thought I'd start with this one. Richard was sincerely polite when we came in. To save time, I told him what I was looking for. He asked me a couple Qs and found the perfect piano teaching book for me. Thx Richard!
LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Good location, good selection of instruments, parts and accessories, staff is super helpful and knowledgeable, very friendly and welcoming, especially store manager Tym, great guy, helped me with exactly what I wanted.
Richard G. is terrific! I went to Music and Arts in Renton to take my son to his instrument lesson. I was interested in buying a guitar (in the near future) so, during his lesson, I decided to ask the staff questions because I know very little about guitars. Richard, the store manager, came over to help me.
