Phone purchase, very friendly and helpful staff. I made the phone purchase because they only had 1 of what I wanted. She said she would put them back for me to pickup later but I know what I wanted so I done the purchase over the phone. I'll pickup later. Will visit there often.
This shop has a great Luthier. I would trust him to do any work on any of my guitars. The work is done with quality, timeliness, and the price tag is far less than most other shops. I highly recommend this shop for any type of guitar restoration.
Really like the store. Great staff that knows their stuff and a passion for music. Their guitar repair department is excellent. Love to stop in and meet other musicians and spend more time there than I intended. I'm currently taking guitar lessons at the store and the instructor is very good. Caleb Netties.
