The staff are fantastic! I brought in a trumpet for repair on short notice and Mr. Ramirez was able to complete the repair in an extremely short time. The trumpet plays like it is new again. I highly recommend their services to anybody who is looking for instruments or repairs!!!
There are only a few really good music shops left, but this is definitely one of them. My trumpet needed an updating and there were few options for places that could replace gaskets, seals and corks. I called and was lucky enough to be connected to Trino, who is the repair shop manager He said sure, bring it in.
Extremely impressive customer service. Super Friendly, Thoughtful, and Informative with all things. Satisfied to the upmost degree. Brought in my Shires Trombone to get a slide cleaning and realignment job, as well as get some Aesthetic dents out of my horn (Bell, and Tuning slides).
Update to the response received: I'm not sure how the information is inaccurate, those are the words the employees told me while I stood at the counter. If I'm incorrect, kindly explain. It's not really helpful to say someone is inaccurate without any sort of correction.
